With more support from fellow Republicans and more positive coverage by the media, South Carolina would be in a much better financial condition than it is now. He has been consistent in asking for a "rainy day" fund which would have served us well. many legislators fail to accept their responsibility to the State of South Carolina focusing more on what they can do for their constituents.
