In fact, it reduces the need for property tax increases which amounts to the same thing. FYI, a ...Your remain as LOST as ever don't you? FYI, a sales tax increase for "LOST" is the LOCAL OPTION SALES TAX, and is used to reduce property tax bills, not fund capital projects.
