POLL WORKERS- the Aiken County Election Commission urgently needs more poll workers. It is critical to have a sufficient number of workers at each polling place. Inadequate staffing can lead to improper practices! Below is information about poll worker training. Interested individuals need only to attend ONE of these sessions:
1. Monday, September 13. 9:00 a.m. to noon at the Aiken County Council Building
2. Monday, September 13. 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Aiken County Council Building
3. Monday, September 20. 9:00 a.m. to noon at the Aiken County Council Building
4. Wednesday, September 22. 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Aiken County Council Building
5. Tuesday, September 21. 9:00 a.m. to noon at the North Augusta Community Center
The Aiken County Council Building is located at 736 Richland Avenue, West in Aiken. The North Augusta Community Center is located at 495 Brookside Drive in North Augusta.
