Sarah Palin Endorses Nikki Haley

BREAKING NEWS

Sarah Palin has endorsed Nikki Haley for Governor!.

Governor Palin and Representative Haley will appear together at a public event on Friday, May 14, at 5:30 pm at the State House in Columbia, SC. You are invited to attend. Hope you can make it.
In making her endorsement Governor Palin said:

“I’m very proud to add my voice to Jenny Sanford’s and others in endorsing Nikki Haley for governor of South Carolina.
Nikki is a strong pro-life, pro-Second Amendment fiscal conservative who served with distinction as a state lawmaker, a reformer who fought her own party to protect the interests of the taxpayer, a proud daughter of immigrants who worked night and day to achieve the American dream, a wife of an officer in the Army National Guard, a board member at her family’s Methodist church, and – most proudly – the loving mother of two beautiful kids.
It’s my honor to join Nikki today at a rally at 5:30 pm at the statehouse in Columbia, South Carolina. If you are in the area, please come by and join us.
In the meantime, Nikki needs our support in her race. She’s the scrappy underdog in a tough competitive primary.
Let’s help this tough, proud daughter of South Carolina shake things up in the Palmetto state.”

  2. Absolutely the dumbest windbag politician in America. Go teabag yourself. Haley will finish fourth and prove that in the reddest of red states, Republican Primary voters are smart enough to not listen to the Palin idiot.

It is said you can tell the measure of a person by the nature of his (her) enemies. I think this comment says everything we need to know about why to support Nikki Haley for Governor.

  4. I agree with Patriot. The Gresham Barrett campaign has put out a hit piece on Haley.
It is authored by “Erin Ingraham, Dep. Communications Director, Barrett for Governor” and is being sent around here by a high ranking official in the Aiken County Republican Party, believe it or not. The establishment good ole boys and their cronies are working hard to keep their power intact. Take their comments for what they are.

  5. The "dumbest windbag" comment sounds just like Keith Coones and his Kaolin Kronicle KKK band. I thought we had gotten rid of them.

  6. That's pretty funny Old Aikenite though untrue on many levels. And as one myself, (old Aikenite and not the other :)) you'll never be rid of me. As far as that election went, I did not participate in it other than to vote in the Primary, run-off and General. My main concern was to see a Republican elected Governor considering the serious issues we face at the StateHouse this year along with redistricting/new Congressional District. ANY Republican is a vast improvement over a Democrat and we would be in deep trouble with Sheheen in the Governor's mansion had Haley not won. I voted for McMaster in the Primary and followed his lead as far as the run-off was concerned. As for Palin, I remind everyone who criticizes her that McCain's numbers were enhanced by Palin on the ballot in 2008. If Chris Mathews and Keith Olberman become unhinged when talking about her, she's more than ok with me. She's done much more for the GOP of late than just about any other politician I can think of.
